Catholic Education South Australia

Fees

School Fees are billed at the beginning of each term.

Payment options for School Fees are:

  • Annually
  • Termly (4 weeks from date of issue)
  • Fortnightly, weekly or monthly by arrangement.  Many parents are finding that this assists with family budgeting.

Direct Debit from bank accounts can be arranged at no cost to families.  We also provide EFTPOS, Credit Card and BPay facilities for your convenience.

At St Joseph's we have a 4 tier Fee structure system.  Fees are charged according to individual families annual gross income.  We provide significant discounts for Level A School Card approved students.  Level B & C require supporting documentation indicating annual gross incomes.

Fee structure

At St Joseph's we recognise that family circumstances change and there can be times when the payment of fees is difficult.  In these circumstances, families are strongly encouraged to make an appointment with the Principal and Bursar to discuss fee remissions.  It is very important to remember that the policy of Catholic Education SA (CESA) and St Joseph's School is that:

"No child will be denied a Catholic Education because of a difficulty or inability to pay school fees."

Financial Assistance

No child is excluded because of an inability, on the part of a family, to pay school fees. The school offers significantly discounted fees to eligible school card families (approved by Government).

If your family is experiencing a difficulty in meeting your financial commitment to the school, please make an appointment with the Principal in order for appropriate confidential arrangements to be made.
