Transition to school is a continual process that involves orientation to school and also building relationships and being a safe and settled environment. At St Joseph's we have an orientation to school programme.

We are a Catholic school and ask all students and families to support our Catholic ethos and values. We welcome children from diverse religious backgrounds as well as those who have no particular faith, all of which we respect, welcome and celebrate in our community.

As a Catholic school we welcome all families. We acknowledge and respect families of all faiths who support our values.

Yes we do. You will find all enrolment information in the Enrolment section of our website.

Please visit our How to Enrol page to see the entire enrolment process for your family.

In addition to our Term 1 and 3 enrolment intakes at Preschool and Reception, there are usually places available in individual class groups. Please contact the Front Office for further assistance.

You can purchase our school uniform from the Vinnies Shop

St Joseph's School welcomes second-hand uniforms that families no longer require. These are distributed to new and existing families on a needs basis. Please note that we are unable to sell second-hand uniforms.

Families are also able to exchange and sell uniforms they no longer need on our private Facebook group 'St Joseph's Hindmarsh - Second Hand Uniforms' page. Families will need to join the group and await for approval from the administrator.
